Refund Policy
The website www.oxzeracademy.com (“Website”) is owned and operated by Oxzer Software Labs Private Limited (“we”, “our”, or “us” or the “Company”).
Thank you for successfully completing courses on Oxzer Academy. We ensure that our learners have a delightful experience while they discover, assess, and enrol into our courses, whether it is an instructor-led or self-paced training. If you decide not to complete a course that you’ve paid for, Oxzer Academy may be able to refund your payment depending on our refund policies.
As with any online purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you enrol into a course on Oxzer Academy, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and Refund policy. Oxzer Academy reserves the right to revise the terms & conditions of this Refund policy without any prior notice.
Note: All refunds will be processed within 10 working days after the refund request is approved by Oxzer Academy.
Instructor Led Courses
Instructor Led courses available on the Oxzer Academy Website under online or in-person mode are the paid courses. You can raise a refund request within 3 days of start date of an Instructor Led course (both virtual and in-person) and 100% of course fees will be refunded provided that you meet the following criteria.
- Any refund request beyond 3 days of course start date will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.
- If you have attended a class of more than 2 hrs with in the 3 days, then you are no longer eligible for refund.
- If you have attended more than one class in the 3 days, then you are no longer eligible for refund.
- If you have earned your Course Certificate within 3 days of your course start date, then you are no longer eligible for a refund.
Company reserves the right to reschedule, postpone or cancel an instructor led course whether online or in-person, either due to unavailability of the Instructor, insufficient enrolments, instructor illness or any other unforeseen circumstances. Company reserves the right to replace the instructor in cases where the instructor is unavailable or the feedback received from the learners for that instructor is not meeting the quality standards of the Company. For cases where learner wants to discontinue with the course because since instructor being replaced midway or during the beginning of the course, in either cases You are no longer eligible for refund.
In case we postpone or cancels an instructor led course and unable to reschedule within next 30 days, 100% of course fees which is paid will be refunded.
Refund request can be initiated by sending a mail to helpdesk@oxzeracademy.com with the Subject : Refund Request, mentioning the reasons for the refund, providing the screenshot of the payment made and mentioning the course applied for.
Self Paced Paid Courses
If you have purchased a Self Paced online course from Oxzer Academy Website, you can raise a refund request within 3 days of purchase of the course and 100% of course fees will be refunded provided that you meet the following criteria.
- Any refund request beyond 3 days of purchasing a course will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.
- Once you have completed 2 or more than 2 lessons/chapters/sub-units in the course, then you are no longer eligible for a refund.
- Once you have earned your Course Certificate, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
Refund request can be initiated by sending a mail to helpdesk@oxzeracademy.com with the Subject : Refund Request, mentioning the reasons for the refund, providing the screenshot of the payment made and mentioning the course applied for.
Self Paced Free Courses
Self Paced Free courses are online courses which are available for free and no course fee is been paid by the learner to the Company. Hence there are no payments to be refunded to the learner.
Membership Subscription Fees
Monthly Subscription – If you want to discontinue with the Subscription Services then you can cancel the subscription from the Oxzer Academy Website and raise a refund request within 3 days of payment and 100% subscription charges for that month will be refunded provided that you meet the following criteria.
- Any refund request beyond 3 days of payment will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.
- If you have completed any course or earned any course completion certificate during that subscription period, then you are no longer eligible for a refund.
- If you have completed 2 or more than 2 lessons/chapters/sub-units in any course, then you are no longer eligible for a refund.
- Under Monthly subscription package, if there are Instructor led courses which have a free trial period then you’ll need to cancel your subscription before your free trial period ends. You can’t get a refund for a payment made on a subscription if the subscription is cancelled after the free trial period ends and also there are no partial refunds for Membership subscriptions.
Refund request for membership cancellation can be initiated by sending a mail to helpdesk@oxzeracademy.com with the Subject : Refund Request, mentioning the reasons for the refund, providing the screenshot of the payment made and mentioning the membership subscription level applied for.
Trial Courses
If you start a free trial, the free trial begins before you are first charged, so there are no payments to be refunded. You are not eligible for a refund incase any payments made after your free trial ends.
Partial Refunds
We don’t offer partial refunds for the paid courses.
Duplicate Payment
Refund of the duplicate payment made by the learner will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 3 working days post intimation in writing by the learner.
Refund request can be initiated by sending a mail to helpdesk@oxzeracademy.com with the Subject : Refund Request, mentioning the reasons for the refund, providing the screenshot of the payment made and mentioning the course applied for.
Third Party Marketplace
If you pay for a course from Oxzer Academy, but your payment information goes through a different website, you may be using a third-party marketplace.
When you purchase a Course through a third-party marketplace, that third party marketplace’s refund policy applies unless explicitly stated by the Company. For example, to request a refund for an Oxzer Academy Course you purchased through third party marketplace, you’ll need to reach out to the third party marketplace for refund.
