Our Recruitment Process

Initial Screening

This round is to discuss about your past experience and tools / technologies you have knowledge on. If your skills matches to the JD then we proceed to the next round. Otherwise we try match your fitment with other projects in the organisation.

Written Test

Good Programming skills are an important aspect behind any successful project. This round is to evaluate your programming skills and see how good are you at building logic and writing code by following coding standards and best practices.

Technical Interview

This round is to evaluate you on various technologies know how and your architecture / design thinking skills by giving you a real world complex problem. There is no single solution to a problem but intent is to check how you approach to the problem statement.

Management Interview

The objective of this round is to discuss about your career aspirations and cultural fitment in to the organisation. As you will be talking to the senior management, so it’s an opportunity for you to ask any questions and clear your doubts.

HR Discussion

If you reach to this round, then you have really done well. The objective of this round is to share the feedback of the previous rounds and discuss with you on your current and expected salary, your notice period, Employee benefits and so on.

Offer Rollout

The last thing in our recruitment process is to release the offer to the candidate within 2 working days of all the formalities completed by the candidate like submission of KYC details, current and past employment details and so on.
