Frequently Asked Questions
No, fresher’s are not eligible to apply for an instructor. Minimum 2 years of work experience is required.
You are required to submit a copy of following documents:
- Aadhar Card
- Pan Card
- 10th passing certificate
- Graduation passing certificate
Course’s content should be in English only.
- There are two types of content Instructor can upload. 1) PDF files 2) Video files
- Content file size should not exceed 20MB.
- Content should be related to specific lesson which you are going to deliver in the course.
- Content should be created in a way that student should be able to easily grasp the same.
Yes. When you will create the course during that time you can upload a lesson video. Also for courses which are instructor led, you will able to interact and ask questions live to the instructor.
At OxzerAcademy, we know the value of the time and effort instructor will put in creating and delivering courses to students. Hence all our instructors will be paid based on our flexible high earning revenue sharing model. The revenue sharing model vary based on the badge level Instructor has attained during his journey with us.
With our flexible revenue-sharing model, you will have the opportunity to earn tens of thousands of dollars every month. Our constant endeavour is to ensure that Instructors attain higher badge levels so as to earn higher income.
To upgrade from one Badge level to another you have to pass the internal assessment specifically designed for upgradation.
Instructors will have to provide their bank account details. Payment will be credited to Instructor bank account on monthly basis. Instructors will need to submit their PAN Card copy during the on-boarding process.
In case, Instructor doesn’t have the PAN Card, then they would be asked to apply for the same and submit PAN Card copy within 30 days of on-boarding. Once they apply for PAN Card, they would require to notify the same to OxzerAcademy.
Yes, the content (pdf, video files) which the Instructor uploads during course creation is completely secure and is under the control of OxzerAcademy.
Dormant Instructor is an instructor who has not created or modified a course or not taken any Live sessions with the students in the last 18 months. In order words, he has not done any activity as an Instructor with OxzerAcademy in the last 18 months. Hence his account will be dormant and he will not be able to login in to the platform.
To re-activate the account once it has become dormant goes through the verification process. It may take 24 to 48 hours before the account can be activated again.
OxzerAcademy have the rights to delete, block or unpublished any content at any point in time which is found inappropriate and not meeting company policies.
OxzerAcademy takes such matter very seriously. Instructor will be liable for any consequences related to uploading the inappropriate content on the platform if found guilty.
OxzerAcademy will block such instructor immediately and all his access on the platform will be revoked.
