Job Description – OXZER Software Labs is looking for a Business Development Executive to join us in Noida, India. In this role, you will be responsible for the growth of its e-Learning platform “OxzerAcademy”.
Job Experience – 5+ years
Qualification – B.E, B.Tech, MCA or Equivalent
Primary job responsibilities –
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customised targeted sales strategies.
- Well versed in IT Services sales like Mobile App Development, Web App Development, Cloud Services to domestic and international clients.
- Good in generating leads from bidding platforms such as Elance, Freelancer, Upwork, Guru, AppFutura etc.
- Good in generating new business through LinkedIn, references, etc.
- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients, Pitch business proposals to clients, negotiate and close sales.
- Experience in Business Development, project requirement analysis, drafting proposal and negotiation with domestic and international clients.
- Excellent PR skills to make long term relationship with clients.
- Should be able to manage sales process independently.
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
- Must have previous experience of sales on online portals.
- Should be Target Oriented.
- Tracking and managing company pipeline to exceed quarterly business goals.
