Programme Highlights

Programme Delivery

• Courses will be delivered online using an appropriate technology-synchronised platform. Lectures will be delivered through broadband-based technology involving two-way audio and video communication. Sessions will be held once a week, generally on weekends. Participants can attend sessions directly from their desktop/laptop (Direct-2-device). Participants will be provided reading materials, etc., for each course. They may also interact with the concerned faculty through e-mails/chat mode.
• A laptop/desktop with a webcam and microphone is a must for attending exams.

Campus Immersion

• There will be 3 days of campus immersion at IIM Indore, with around 12 sessions.
• One or two sessions from some of the courses will become part of the on-campus orientation module. The in-campus modules are subject to the conditions that prevail at that point of time. These conditions pertain to the pandemic or other unavoidable reasons. In case the on-campus module is not confirmed due to COVID-19 situation, the same will be included in the total number of online sessions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma (10+2+3)/Graduate/Post Graduate from Universities recognised by Association of Indian Universities
• At least 50% marks in either diploma or graduation or post graduation (or its equivalent)
• Minimum two years of work experience* after graduation

*Internships and Trainee Experiences will not be considered as full-time work experience

How It Works

Programme Fee

Note:

• Participant, at the time of application, pays ₹10,000 + GST which includes ₹2,500 towards Application Fee, ₹2,200 towards Programme Fee, and ₹5,300 towards Bank Charges.
• In case of participants paying fee via NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, Cheque, and DD they will get a waiver of 1.5% (maximum up to ₹5,300) on overall fees of ₹3,59,300. Only applicable if all payments are made through the same mode.
• In case a participant profile is rejected by the Institute, ₹7,500 (Bank Charges ₹5,300 only for applicable cases) will be refunded to candidates and ₹2,500 of the application fee is non-refundable.
• All fees are payable directly to Times Edutech and Events Limited (TEEL).
• *18% GST will be additional as applicable.

Important Dates

Assessment & Evaluation

Performance of participants will be monitored on a continuous evaluation basis through quizzes, assignments, tests, and examinations. The participant is required to score minimum marks/grades as decided by the Institute from time to time to complete the course.

Attendance Criteria

• Participants are expected to attend all sessions of a given course. However, a minimum of 75% attendance is a prerequisite for the successful completion of the programme.
• Participants may take leave on account of emergencies, subject to the approval of the Programme Coordinator.
• If the attendance is less than 75%, grade cut as per the norms will be applied.
• If the attendance is below 30%, the participant will not be eligible for awarding the Certificate.

Course Certification

Participants will receive course completion certificate issued by IIM Indore subject to successful completion of the prescribed course of study and fulfilment of all other academic requirements.

Alumni Status & Benefits

• The participants who complete the programme successfully will be eligible for the Executive Education Alumni status of IIM Indore. They will be required to apply separately along with the necessary fee to register their name. Current alumni membership plans are as follows:
  • 2-year membership – ₹1000 + applicable taxes
  • Lifetime membership – ₹10,000 + applicable taxes
• Benefits available to Executive Education Alumni:
  • Communication of brochures and newsletters from IIM Indore
  • Access to the IIM Indore Campus Library (onsite access only)
  • Official email ID and ID Card of the institute
