Programme Delivery
Sessions will be conducted via a state-of-the-art Interactive Learning (IL) platform and delivered in Direct-to-Device (D2D) mode that can be accessed by learners on their Desktop, Laptop, Tablet or Smartphone. Participants will be provided reading materials, etc., for each course. They may also interact with the concerned faculty through e-mails/chat mode.

Eligibility Criteria
The EPHM program is suitable for:
- Healthcare professionals and entrepreneurs with at least 5 years of experience in the healthcare sector, looking to move into management roles
- Medical practitioners and administrators with MBBS/BDS/BAMS degree or equivalent recognized by UGC/AICTE/MCI or equivalent
- Students with biotechnology and biomedical background (bachelor’s degree or above)
- Applicants from other disciplinary backgrounds with at least 5 years of experience in the healthcare sector
- Diploma (10+2+3)/graduates (10+2+3 or equivalent) / postgraduates in any discipline recognized by UGC/AICTE with minimum 50% aggregate marks at either UG/PG level and at least 5 years of work experience post completion of qualifying education

- In case of participants paying fee via NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, Cheque, or DD, they will get a waiver of 1.5% (maximum ₹7,000) on an overall fee of ₹5,67,000. Only applicable if all payments are made through same mode
- In case a candidate’s profile is rejected by IIM Indore, ₹12,500 (Bank Charges ₹7,000 only for applicable cases) is refunded to the candidate and ₹2,500 of the application fee is non-refundable

Assessment & Evaluation
Performance of participants will be monitored on a continuous evaluation basis through quizzes, assignments, tests, and examinations. The participant is required to score minimum marks/grades as decided by the Institute from time to time to complete the course.
Attendance Criteria
Participants are expected to attend all sessions of a given course. However, they may take leave on account of emergencies subject to the approval of the Programme Coordinator. A minimum of 75% attendance is a prerequisite for the successful completion of the programme. For less than 75% attendance, a grade cut will be applied as per the norms.
Certification & Alumni Status
Upon completing the program and fulfilling all academic requirements, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion. They will also have the option to apply for IIM Indore Executive Education Alumni status, which is available for a fee. There are two membership options: a 2-year membership for INR 1,000 + applicable taxes, or a lifetime membership for INR 10,000 + applicable taxes.
