Programme Highlights

Programme Delivery

Courses will be delivered through online mode using an appropriate technology synchronized platform.  Lectures will be delivered through broadband technology involving two-way audio and video communication. Sessions will be held once in a week, generally on weekends. Participants can attend sessions directly from their desktop/laptop (direct-2-device). Participants will be provided reading materials, etc., for each course.  They may also interact with the concerned faculty through e-mails/chat mode.

Campus Immersion

There will be 3 days of campus immersion at IIM Indore Campus.

One or two sessions from some of the courses will become part of the on-campus orientation module. The in-campus modules are subject to the conditions that prevail at that point of time. These conditions pertain to the pandemic or other unavoidable reasons. In case the on-campus module is not confirmed due to COVID-19 situation, the same will be included in the total number of online sessions.

Who should attend?

• Working professionals with 5-10 years of experience, with a keen interest in applying technology to their workspace
• Working professionals with 10+ years of experience who have evolved into their current roles but wish to be digitally updated and stay relevant with the times.

Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma (10+2+3) or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (10+2+3) or 10+2+4) or 2 years Master’s Degree or equivalent from a recognised university (UGC/AICTE/DEC/AIU/State Government) in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks of all the years
• Minimum 3 years of work experience* is required post completion of qualifying education

*Internships and training experiences will not be considered as full-time work experience.

Assessment & Evaluation

Performance of participants will be monitored on a continuous evaluation basis through quizzes, assignments, tests, and examinations. The participant is required to score minimum marks/grades as decided by the Institute from time to time to complete the course.

Attendance Criteria

Participants are expected to attend all sessions of a given course. However, participants may take leave on account of emergencies, subject to the approval of the Programme Coordinator. However, 75% minimum attendance requirement would be considered for the final grading. For less than 75% attendance, grade cut as per the norms will be applied. If the attendance is below 30%, the participant will not be eligible for awarding the Certificate.

Course Certification

• Participants will receive course completion certificate issued by IIM Indore subject to successful completion of the prescribed course of study and fulfilment of all other academic requirements.
• Successful participants will also be accorded IIM Indore Executive Education Alumni status*.

*The participants will need to apply for the alumni status separately along with the necessary fee to register themselves.

Current alumni membership plans are as follows:

• 2-year membership – ₹1,000 + applicable taxes
• Lifetime membership – ₹10,000 + applicable taxes

Benefits available to Executive Education Alumni:

1. Communication of brochures and newsletters from IIM Indore
2. Access to the IIM Indore Campus Library (onsite access only)
3. Official email ID and ID Card of the institute
