Programme Highlights

Programme Delivery

Sessions will be conducted via a state-of-the-art Interactive Learning (IL) platform and delivered in Direct-to-Device (D2D) mode that can be accessed by learners on their Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, or Smartphone. Participants will be provided reading materials, etc., for each course.  They may also interact with the concerned faculty through e-mails/ chat mode. Along with a mobile/tablet/desktop for attending the classes, you will also need a webcam and a microphone for attending exams.

Campus Immersion

• There will be 3 days of om-campus immersion at IIM Indore.
• One or two sessions from some of the courses will become part of the on-campus orientation module. The on-campus modules are subject to the conditions that prevail at that point of time. These conditions pertain to the pandemic or other unavoidable reasons. In case the on-campus module is not confirmed due to COVID-19 situation, the same will be included in the total number of online sessions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma (10+2+3)/Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3 or 10+2+4)/Master’s Degree (or its equivalent) with minimum 50% aggregate marks in all years in either Diploma or Bachelor’s or Master’s (or its equivalent)
• Minimum five years of work experience* post completion of qualifying education

*Internships and trainee experiences will not be considered as full-time work experience.

Assessment & Evaluation

There are periodic evaluations built-in throughout the duration of the course. Assessment may be held in the form of a quiz, written tests, assignments, classroom exercises, online exams, presentations, and project reports. The participant is required to score minimum marks/grades as decided by the institute from time to time to complete the course.

Attendance Criteria

• Participants are expected to attend all sessions of a given course. However, a minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory for final grading.
• Participants may take leave on account of emergencies, subject to the approval of the Programme Coordinator.
• If the attendance is less than 75%, a grade cut as per the norms will be applied.
• A participant will not be eligible for awarding the Certificate if his/her attendance is below 30%.

Course Certification & Alumni Status

• Candidates meeting the requisite attendance requirements and clearing the comprehensive evaluation will be awarded a ‘Certificate of Successful Completion’ from IIM Indore.
• Participants who complete the programme successfully will be eligible for the Executive Education Alumni Status of IIM Indore. They will need to apply separately along with the necessary fee to register themselves. Current alumni membership plans are as follows:
  • 2-year membership – ₹1000 + Applicable Taxes, if any
  • Lifetime membership – ₹10,000 + Applicable Taxes, if any
• Benefits available to Alumni include:
  • Communication of brochures and newsletters from IIM Indore
  • Access to the IIM Indore Campus Library (onsite access only)
  • Official email ID and ID card of the institute
