Programme Delivery
Sessions will be conducted via a state-of-the-art Interactive Learning (IL) platform and delivered in Direct-to-Device (D2D) mode that can be accessed by learners on their Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, or Smartphone. Participants will be provided reading materials, etc., for each course, as and when required. They may also interact with the concerned faculty through e-mails/chat mode. Please note that a laptop/desktop with a webcam and microphone is a must for attending exams.
Campus Immersion
There will be 3 days of campus immersion at IIM Indore. One or two sessions from some of the courses will become a part of the on-campus orientation module. The in-campus modules are subject to the conditions that prevail at that point in time. These conditions pertain to the pandemic or other unavoidable reasons. In case the on-campus module is not confirmed due to the COVID-19 situation, the same will be included in the total number of online sessions.

Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma (10+2+3)/Graduate/Post-graduate from universities recognised by the Association of Indian universities
- Minimum 50% marks in either Diploma or Graduation or Post-graduation (or its equivalent)
- Minimum three years of work experience* post completion of qualifying education
*Internships and trainee experiences will not be considered as full-time work experience

Assessment & Evaluation
- The performance of participants will be monitored on a continuous evaluation basis through quizzes, assignments, tests, and examinations.
- The participant is required to score minimum marks/grades as decided by the Institute from time to time to complete the course
Attendance Criteria
- Participants are expected to attend all sessions of a given course. However, participants may take leave on account of emergencies, subject to the approval of the Programme Coordinator.
- Minimum of 75% attendance is a prerequisite for completion of the programme; and for less than 75% attendance, a grade cut will be applied.
- Participants who have attendance below 30% will not receive a certificate.
Course Certification & Alumni Status
- Participants who successfully complete the prescribed course of study and fulfil all other academic requirements will be awarded a ‘Certificate of Completion’.
- Successful participants will also be accorded IIM Indore Executive Education Alumni status*.
- Mere successful completion of the programme, application submission, and fee does not entitle a participant to be eligible for Executive Education Alumni status. IIM Indore reserves the right to confer Executive Education Alumni status.
- IIM Indore reserves the right to modify the above conditions at its discretion at any time without notice. Only the courts at Indore will have the territorial jurisdiction to try any disputes arising in respect of the Executive Education Alumni membership being granted.
*The participants will need to apply for the alumni status separately along with the necessary fee to register themselves. Current alumni membership plans are as follows:
- 2-year membership – ₹1,000 + Applicable Taxes
- Lifetime membership – ₹10,000 + Applicable Taxes

For admission to the certificate programme in Leadership & Change Management at IIM Indore, Participants will be chosen based on their overall profile, subject to eligibility criteria.
A minimum of 75% attendance is a prerequisite for the successful completion of the program
In case a participant profile is rejected by IIM Indore, ₹7,500 (Bank Charges ₹3,000 only for applicable cases) is refunded to the candidate, and ₹2,500 of the application fee is non-refundable.
Aspirants with no work experience can apply provided they meet the eligibility criteria.
